Physical activity












































































































































































On the January 19 afternoon, I went to gymnasium make a membership card. I went to the gymnasium at 7pm, and I went back home at 8:30pm. I went there every day, except January 25 to February 1.
Because winter and Spring Festival were coming, there was no trainer to teach us. I usually spent one hour on treadmills, but I did not run on treadmills. The reason was I did not want to perspire. I was just walking fast on treadmills. I just reduced one jin after I walked one hour. And then, I would spend half hour on biking. In the gymnasium, there was a biking room. In the room, there were many bikes fixed on the floor. I usually sat on the bike biking, I sometimes stood on the bike biking. I thought stood biking was harder, because our legs need bear our body’s weight. Our legs also need energy bike. There was another reason of why stood biking was harder. It was hard to control the speed of wheels. If you could not control them well, you might be hurt. I had the experience. In the big gym room, it had not only treadmills, but also some machines to exercise our biceps brachial, triceps brachial, etc. For most girls, muscle was not a good thing for them. However, I did not mind it. The reason was every body should have muscle on their body. Muscle protects us. Muscle also expressed us was health. In fact, the gymnasium had a Yoga room. The trainer was not here, so we would not have yoga lessons. The gymnasium provided bath, so people could have a bath after exercised. The bath was clean and neat. I had never had a bath in the gymnasium bath. I thought it was not cleaner than my bath.
I had an experience about yoga. It was in last summer. I wanted to join the gymnasium, so I went the gymnasium to have a look. Boos let me join the yoga lesson in that evening. It was really interesting. Trainer worn a beautiful clothes like an Indian dancer. There were not many young girls, but it had many women who were between 30 and 50. I was the only girl who was 17 years old.
Of course, I felt tired after exercised. I also felt comfortable and relax. I guess the reason was I stressed out. After I exercised, I found I was stronger, and I was thinner. On the January 26, I felt ache from my thighs. My mother told me the reason was I did not exercise on January 25. I felt very strange. My mother told me I had exercised a span. If I stop exercising, my body would get reaction. It did not matter. It would be OK again after two days.
I spent a great time on exercising in the gymnasium. I would exercise again in the gymnasium. It was a good place to exercise, and I think I would learn more in next time.
